Why practise in a group of 3? Working in a group of 3 has proven to be extremely effecient when it comes to applying new skills to real-world situations to improve your performance. It provides a secure and supportive environment where you can practice your skills alongside with two other participants.
Can I work with friends or colleagues? It is done with acquaintances, or you make new friends. Sign up with two others and start straight away, or sign up individually and get help from EWM to find two others you can practice with. Start with The Beginning.

We come from different part of the world with different background and experience in areas such as sales, marketing, teaching, programming, business development and consulting. Our common observation was that anyone starting up in business faces some of the same problems related to sales and customer development. This platform has been created from a desire to discover better and more substainable practises.
